Hello Good afternoon My Friends,
Our Radio Show is a continuous evolution of discovering
better ways
to achieve Time Freedom.

When I started my Radio Show presentations several years ago,
I started with my life history from the Philippines, up to
my immigration to the U.S.
To recap that briefly, I was born and raised in the Philippines,
was educated there as a doctor of medicine, specialized
in Surgery,
immigrated to the United States with my wife and 3 children,
repeated my Orthopedic Surgery training in the U.S.,
was certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery,
went into a successful private practice in Houston area
for 33 years,
educated my four children in the Universities of their choice
to finish
their college education that allowed them to support their own living
and raise their families.
I realized while practicing my profession that I was
earning a linear
income just like any job holder, when I could not
report for work,
my income stops. So I started to look for residual Income,
like
the income of authors of books, Rock Stars and network
marketers.
I chose network marketing, that decision was made over
25 years
ago. I started part time promoting nutritional companies
which Introduced me to nutritional supplements, vitamins,
minerals,
antioxidants and free radicals. Then I went trying a lot of
online
businesses looking for financial freedom. And experienced
the “good,
the bad and the ugly “ in the network marketing industry.
However, with a lot of failures and few successes
I gained some wisdom.
One thing that encouraged me to help people with what I
learned in network marketing is this statistics:
The average North American family would not have to go
bankrupt if they had just have $300/ month of extra income.
Half of the divorces in North America could be prevented
with just $500/ month of extra income.
So what we encourage is to earn at least $500/month
in online business.
Teach your members how to do this.
Do the business consistently, with focus and
determination and goals.
and in 1 to 5 years,
you will be able to replace your current linear income
with residual income and really start living the life
of your dreams.
We are here to teach you to master the concepts
of our business
model so that you can fast track yourself to the fast lane
and become a top Income earner in your organization.
I soon realized the hard way that network marketing
is not a features
and pitching business but a relationship and leadership
business.
In this business, we need to engage with people. And it takes
between 5 to 12 conversations before a new prospect
joins you.
It has been found that during the first exposure, only
2% join your
business; only 3% on the second; only 5% on the 3rd;
only 10% on the 4th; and 80% on the 5th to the 12th
exposure.

Now, why do people join you in your business ?
People join you because they like you, they know you,
trust you
and they aspire to be like you.
Let me tell you about the Necessity of having a Mentor.
I found out that to succeed in online business, you need a
mentor who will show you the way.
A good mentor is one who is interested in your successs,
who challenges
you to get out of your comfort zone, to do what 97 %
of people in the
world do not want to do, to hold you by the hand and
show you how
to do it by example and the actual methods he does
with available
tools like screen sharing so that you actually see what
he does and
what he wants you to do. And he demands that you are
couchable
and surrender your pride and ego “empty your cup”
so you can fill
it with what he teaches you. And you have to be
able to follow
instructions correctly.
What is the Best Business Model in Online Business ?
I also learned that the best business model is one
where there are
products with reseller rights that your new member
can buy on the
front end that can generate income to fund the
marketing budget to promote the multiple streams
of income
on the back end. This is the best way to produce
7-Figure income earners.
The front-end products are personal development
and business development digital products, to
educate our
members on how to elevate their businesses to
the next level.
What is your No.1 problem when you start an online business ?
When you are starting an online business you do not
have money to spend for paid ads to promote it, so it is
imperative to know how to generate leads without paid ads.
Our mentors teach us skills to convert our Facebook Friends
into willing buyers of our products.
Our streams of income to promote in the back end are
proven income earners, not scam or Ponzi schemes.
We have all the above tools in place, the Front End
Products, the
Streams of Income on the back end, and we are
ready to help
the right network marketers who are either in their
state of transition
or at their breaking point, to propel them to a
successful journey
to become financially free.
What do I mean by State of Transition? I mean,
when you lost your job,
when you are downsized, when you are taken out
from the corporation
because you are not needed anymore, when you
just transferred to a
new city, when you are undergoing a divorce, when
your career is at the
dead-end or at a cross-roads, when your company
changed the marketing
plan and you found out that your salary is cut in half?
These are examples
of state of transition.
What do I mean by state at a breaking point? Example
is when you have 3 jobs ,
you don’t have time and you are still in debt, you are
bankrupt, your
home is foreclosed, your car is reposessed, your kid is
sick and you are
driving to work, got caught in a heavy traffic, and was
late at work for
3 minutes, and your supervisor was screaming at you
because you were
late and you say ” Enough is Enough I am not going to
put up with this
anymore !” That’s a breaking point !
So if you are the right network marketer we are looking
for meaning
you are at the state of transition or breaking point,
and you are couchable and willing to surrender your
pride and ego ,
“empty your cup” so to speak, and able to follow
instructions correctly,
