an Update of My Life’s Journey.

I am  Dr.Ariston P Awitan, Jr.

 

The month of August is very special to me because

It’s the month of my birthday.

August 9, 2017  was my 85th  birthday!

 

I am  so grateful that the Good Lord granted me

85 years of an exciting life.

I have accomplished everything I personally wanted

for me and for my family.

 

I reached the peak of my professional development

as a doctor and orthopedic specialist

and had a successful Orthopedic Surgery private practice

for 33 years in the United States.

 

I got my 4 children educated in the best Texas

Universities that allowed them to land good jobs

that give them good living

and the ability to raise their families.

 

I am blessed with 5 grandchildren and 2 great

grandchildren.

I have lived what I considered a balanced Life,

the way I always wanted.

 

I have nourished relationships with people

I want to associate with during my life’s journey.

I have developed and maintained my spiritual

connection, good health, continuing physical fitness

and emotional stability.

 

I have traveled most of the countries in the world

I wanted to visit.

 

In summary, I have done what I have decided as

appropriate in my 85 years on this Planet.

 

Now during this last lap of my lifetime,

I want to give back, make a difference in peoples’ lives,

and leave a legacy.

 

One thing that encouraged me to help people  with what I

learned in network marketing  is this statistics:

The average North American family would not have to go

bankrupt if they had just have $300/ month of extra income.

Half of the divorces in North America could be prevented

with just $500/ month of extra income.

So what we encourage is to earn  at least $500/month

Of extra income or more in online business.

Teach our members how to do this.

Do the business consistently, with focus and determination

and goals,  and in 1 to 5 years, you will be able

to replace your current linear income

with  residual income and  really start living

the life of your dreams.

We are here to teach you to master the  concepts

of our business  model  , if you want  to , so that

you can fast track yourself  to the fast lane

and become a top Income earner  in your organization.

I soon realized the hard way that network marketing

is not a features  and benefits pitching business

but a relationship and leadership business.

In this business, we need to engage with people.

And it takes between 5 to 12 conversations

before a new prospect joins you.

It has been found that during the first exposure,

only 2% join  your business;

only 3% on the second;

only 5% on the 3rd;

only 10% on the 4th;

and 80%  on the  5th to the 12th exposure.

My father supported me to become a doctor because

I became a doctor I had another plan to become an

orthopedic surgeon, immigrate to the U.S. for better

opportunities and better education of my children.

 

So my parents and my 5 sisters and their husbands

all passed away without my help as a doctor, because

I was busy treating sick patients in the United States.

 

So it’s time to pay back my father. I want to help equip

and renovate the charity hospital in the Philippines

that serve our poor population who cannot afford private

medical care; to help fund the Professorial Chairs

of the Basic Science Sciences of  my Alma Matter,

College of Medicine, University of the Philippines

to educate more doctors, and  to help fund the

Seminaries for education of  priests and missionaries

to the people of the world that don’t know Christ.

 

 

 

And I have the passion to help you, struggling network

marketers if you want my help to secure your  financial

future. I know who you are that need my help.

Our Radio Show is a continuous evolution of discovering

When I started my Radio Show presentations several years ago,
I started with my life history from the Philippines, up to
my immigration to the U.S.
To recap that briefly, I was born and raised in the Philippines,
was educated there as a doctor of medicine, specialized
in Surgery,
immigrated to the United States with my wife and 3 children,
repeated my Orthopedic Surgery training in the U.S.,
was certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery,
went into a successful private practice in Houston area
for 33 years,
educated my four children in the Universities of their choice
to finish
their college education that allowed them to support their own living
and raise their families.
I realized while practicing my profession that I was
earning a linear
income just like any job holder, when I could not
report for work,
my income stops. So I started to look for residual Income,
like
the income of authors of books, Rock Stars and network
marketers.
I chose network marketing, that decision was made over
25 years
ago. I started part time promoting nutritional companies
which Introduced me to nutritional supplements, vitamins,
minerals,
antioxidants and free radicals. Then I went trying a lot of
online
businesses looking for financial freedom. And experienced
the “good,
the bad and the ugly “ in the network marketing industry.
However, with a lot of failures and few successes
I gained some wisdom.
One thing that encouraged me to help people with what I
learned in network marketing is this statistics:

I found out that to succeed in online business, you need a
mentor who will show you the way.
A good mentor is one who is interested in your successs,
who challenges
you to get out of your comfort zone, to do what 97 %
of people in the
world do not want to do, to hold you by the hand and
show you how
to do it by example and the actual methods he does
with available
tools like screen sharing so that you actually see what
he does and
what he wants you to do. And he demands that you are
couchable
and surrender your pride and ego “empty your cup”
so you can fill
it with what he teaches you. And you have to be
able to follow
instructions correctly.

What is the Best Business Model in Online Business ?

I also learned that the best business model is one
where there are
products with reseller rights that your new member
can buy on the
front end that can generate income to fund the
marketing budget to promote the multiple streams
of income
on the back end. This is the best way to produce
7-Figure income earners.

The front-end products are personal development
and business development digital products, to
educate our
members on how to elevate their businesses to
the next level.

What is your No.1 problem when you start an online business ?

When you are starting an online business you do not
have money to spend for paid ads to promote it, so it is
imperative to know how to generate leads without paid ads.

So what scares you the most? Fear of being rejected? Fear of failure?
For most people in the world today, the answer is quite shocking. Because the true answer is fear of success.
Really.
Now they don’t know that though. In fact, they’d deny it vehemently. That’s because they are the victim of subconscious programming they’re infected with – that they’re completely unaware is there. One of my earlier books, Why You’re DUMB, SICK & BROKE and How to Get SMART, HEALTHY & RICH! deals exclusively with this issue of mind viruses, and how you get infected by them.
The good news is, just as you can get programmed with a negative mind virus, you can reprogram yourself with a positive one.
And your subconscious mind is what governs your whole world. If you make a commitment to consciously choosing that influences you allow yourself to be exposed to, you can eliminate fear of success from your mind.
In fact, you can turn fear of success into eager anticipation of success!
The books and blogs like this you read, the audios you listen to, the videos you watch, and the people you spend time with – all have major roles in how you see yourself, the world, and your role in that world.
Fear of success is insidious and destructive. You have no room for it in your life. Blow it up! It will go back to the nothingness from where it came from.

Overcome Your Fears

Fear keeps us in the background. It convinces us we can never accomplish our dreams, tells us to keep quiet, and separates us from the ones we love. Fear has an unparalleled ability to freeze us in our tracks, and limit what we are willing to try. Fear makes us lead a smaller life.

The things that we are afraid of may be different, but our reactions to fear are usually the same – our palms sweat, our mouths get dry, our stomachs churn — and we would do anything, make any sacrifice, just to make it go away.
How many times have you turned away from an opportunity or even a relationship because you were too afraid to go for it?

Fear is not a bad thing. It exists for our protection as an early warning signal.
But there is a big difference between the healthy fear that tells us to step away from the edge of a cliff and a constant fear that keeps us from living our life. Dr. Henry Cloud, counselor and author, in his article “Overcoming Fear,” recommends several active steps we can take to battle the fear that controls us –
connecting with others,
creating structure,
learning relaxation techniques and
developing a spiritual life and face your fears.
Fortunately for us, there are practical ways to take the doctor’s advice.
1. Connecting with others. All fears, no matter how big or small are worse when we face them alone. Find a good friend to share your fears with. We tend to resist admitting our fears because we are afraid that the person will think less of us, that they will laugh or make things worse. Find someone you can trust, possibly a counselor, maybe a relative or trusted friend and share what’s bothering you. They may be able to help you see what you’re afraid of in a new light and they will be there to stand by you and encourage you as you take steps to face your fears.
2.
Create structure. If it’s a new situation that is causing your worries, Dr. Cloud recommends building structure into your schedule to create safety.
If you exercise, exercise at the same time every day,

arrange to meet a friend for coffee at the same time each week.

Structure gives us a sense of security because we know what to expect. There is comfort in the familiar. If you take control of what you can, it will give you a good starting place from which to face the things you can’t control.

3. Learn relaxation techniques. Fear, left to grow can lead to some serious health problems. If your fears are having a physical effect on health, learning some relaxation techniques may help you to be physically ready to face the challenge ahead. There are numerous resources online on this subject as well as a wealth of information at the library. Find the technique that works for you.

4. Develop a spiritual life. In times of crisis, spiritual truths that are consistent in any circumstances are a great comfort. They give us safety and familiarity and, more importantly, they give us a reason to hope. If you do not have a spiritual life or faith consider talking to a pastor or read the Bible. The book of Psalms in particular speaks to people that are facing difficulties.

5. Face your fears. Finally, the last step is to actually face your fears. First, it is important to note that some fears are healthy and some situations should be avoided for your own personal safety. There are no hero points awarded for going into a personally threatening situation. However, if the threat is more mental than physical, actually doing the thing you’re afraid of can be the best antidote of all. Don’t forget that it is often easiest to do this in steps. If your biggest fear is public speaking (and it is for the majority of us) don’t offer to address the room at the next stock holder’s meeting, but do try something smaller. Consider leading your next departmental meeting, or give a small talk at your next group meeting, something with a small audience and familiar faces, then work your way up from there. Facing your fears is a process.

I know that if I listen to you, then you win. And when you win, you come back again and gain. So I’m putting an end to this right now. I will stare you down, accept you and even embrace you, because I’m moving forward anyway.
Because I recognize that there is really no such thing as a fearless leader. We all have fear. But we choose to move forward in spite of our fear, or sometimes because of our fear.
So thank you for that. I’m no longer afraid of you, fear. In fact, I’d be worried if I didn’t have any fear. Because that would mean I settled for mediocrity, and I will never settle for mediocrity. I will win, and you will fear me.
