Update of Vizionary site
We are currently working on a major update of the Vizionary site. It will look more modern and it will
have an improved business overview and info/news section. This is ready to go in approx. 4 weeks.

Support
We have increased our support team and we have already introduced a live support chat in several
languages. Even bigger team and more hours is the next step so that we can cover live support in all
time zones and weekends. Rest assure that we are talking support seriously!
Members can Login to your back office and you will find the Live Support in your lower right corner. The support is
currently available in English, German and Chinese. Just start chatting and get your things sorted out.

Marketing System
We have also been working on an online marketing system. This is currently at a stage where we have a
team of selected leaders that is testing it. We expect it to be ready for release in 3-4 weeks’ time, all
depending on how the tests are going. We want to be sure you are introduced to something that
works.

Payment solution
We will soon have branded Vizionary MasterCards available for withdrawal through APWilson. We
know many of you have been waiting for that. Stay tuned for more info about this.

Now let’s take a look at Capricoin
First of all, we want to make it clear that Vizionary is just a mining service for Capricoin. We are not
involved in any way setting the value of Capricoin – this solely based on buy and supply on the
exchanges. We have seen that price on the market has gone up, gone down and up again. This is
naturally and the only thing we can recommend is to NOT blindly look at coin prices but focus on your
business building throughout the ‘swings’ and think 1-2 year into the future.
Here is why! We are just in the beginning, Capricoin and the Digital system that is being developed is
truly unique and for every update that come, more and more people will get their eyes open up for
what this is. Here is an update:
First, the Digital Capricoin system will get a new name to avoid confusions around Capricoin the coin.
So instead of Capricoin.com and Capricoin Digital it will be called CapriPay. So to make that clear :
CapriPay is then the online wallet, cashback and marketing system connected to the App.
Capricoin is
the coin you take in and out of CapriPay.
So what is really CapriPay?
This is an online wallet where you can store your Capricoins, instead of storing them on your PC, just
like you can do in for example CoinDesk. The difference is that is NOT only a wallet, but a COMPLETE
system that users and merchants can get for FREE.
It’s a system where you can send, spend and receive Capricoins. No matter how much and where you
do a transfer, you can do it instantly with ZERO fees.
Next to being a wallet, it will evolve into a complete system that also function as a marketing, loyalty
and exchange system. In fact, there is a roll out plan that currently stretches out over 2 years. However,
it’s likely that the system will keep evolving in unforeseen future, because with this system, you can
keep adding features only limited by your imagination. This system is connected to an App.
The first version of the App went live for the first time last month and next week the version 2 of the
App will be available.

This version will hold the first version of the Merchant part (screenshots below)
This is what many of you have been waiting for and there are many more versions to come. We could
write pages up and pages down about all the features (like GroupOn, Coupons, Last Minute Offers etc)
that will come, but let’s focus on what will come in this version next week.
C A S H B A C K
With this version we are taking the first baby step into a major part of the system. Merchants can get a
free payment system with zero fees and start building up a loyalty system with Cashback.
What is really interesting here for YOU and anyone that joins Vizionary and CapriPay, is that it is YOU
and your friends that will build and profit from the merchant network.
The goal is that we have a least 1000 shops within the end of the year. Any shops can get this FREE
payment solution, both physical and online shops – it makes no difference. The merchants is not forced
to give cashback, but it has its benefits going forward to do so, since they will be able to use all the
coming marketing tools for free if they give cashback

Marketing Plan
First, it’s important to understand that CapriPay is a stand-alone entity that has its own marketing plan
and strategy. Anyone can join CapriPay for free and participate in the affiliate/marketing program. In
other words, you don’t need to join Vizionary to be part of this affiliate program.
It’s also important to know that anyone that joins Vizionary automatically become a member of
CapriPay and participates in this reward plan. In the CapriPay reward plan you earn
2 generation of customers and 2 generation of merchants. (That means if you find a customer/shop,
you and your sponsor earn commission from that customer/shop)
The extra benefit for you as a Vizionary member is that you earn residual income in your binary.
For every 0.50 euro the Customer gets back in Cashback, 1 CV will be rewarded in the binary system.
In the example shown above where the customer got back 5 euro in cashback, it also generated 10 CV
in the binary system.
Now, you can go out and add the shop YOU would like to see accepting Capricoin. If you are able to
sign up a merchant, you will earn a reward every time anyone in the whole world uses Capricoin in that
shop.
All commission is paid out as Capricoins, so this is now a new additional way for you to accumulate
Capricoins.

We are VERY excited about the future and we will improve the news flow so you are more up to speed
on what we are doing behind the scene. We are not rushing into things because we want to make
things the right way and things take time to do the right way. We know we are not alone on the market,

came and went as a good possible idea and attempt.
